酒店員工態度很好很熱情，房間空調問題或者有臭味想尋求幫助的人適合會花很久時間，感覺效率不是很高酒店食物感覺不是很新鮮，吃的都是自助餐飲料非常難喝，全是用syrup沖出來的

Best hotel I have stayed in Bintan/Batam. The room is superb and service is excellent. I was greeted with a birthday deco/small cake for my 50th birthday. The landscaping was nice and pool design with the various cabana and deck chairs for use was a good attraction. Sitting by the pool bar was nice too. Food was good and is is foc for kids under 12 for breakfast and buffet lunch/dinner. Best of all, we can also walk over to Hotel Indigo and use their facilities and food places as well. They are part of the same group. Will definitely come back again.

Had a wonderful time at Holiday Inn Bintan. The hotel grounds are beautiful and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Food was generally great although a little inconsistent at times. Can easily visit sister hotel, Hotel Indigo, next door for more dining options. Spa was relaxing and massage was good. Premises are new and clean. Less than 10 mins away from the ferry terminal with complimentary pick up / drop off service. This will be my go-to hotel next time I'm in Bintan.

We decided to spend our daughter's 2nd birthday at Holiday Inn Bintan and was pleasantly surprised by how amazing everything was. We were greeted by the friendly staff at the reception during check-in and was served by Dian who made the check-in process quick and fuss-free. The room was great - my only comment is that the balcony floor did feel a little dusty and the aircon was really sensitive, requiring you to ensure the balcony door is properly shut before the aircon is set on cool mode. I emailed the hotel beforehand informing them of my daughter's birthday, requesting for some decorations and a simple cake. And they delivered! Dian even wrote a really cute birthday wish for her. Amenities wise, my daughter really enjoyed the kids club and the pool. We wish we had more days to spend exploring the rest of the hotel. Given the location, there was not much food or shopping options around, except for Plaza Lagoi which has a few food establishments including Warung Yeah which the hotel provides shuttle service to and fro. Thank you for the great stay :-D

This is an excellent holiday resort. Clean with good facilities and really wonderful to be able to use facilities at Indigo hotel. All service staff provide exemplary service, and have been well trained to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. With a 4-night stay, dining options were limited to what the resort offered. However, our best meal was breakfast where items were varied.

Absolutely loved my stay at the Holiday Inn Resort! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Check-in was quick and smooth. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed—plus, the bed was incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water, fresh towels, and a cozy robe and slippers. The hotel’s location is perfect and within walking distance of great shops and restaurants. The on-site restaurant served some of the best meals I’ve had on vacation, and the breakfast spread each morning was top-notch. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone I know!

See the previous review as I came with my family and had to book two rooms that are interconnecting. Just a heads up, there are only certain rooms that can interconnect. Pls check with hotel before you book. E.g two king bed rooms has interconnecting rooms. Mine was 1 king and 1 twin.

Just got back from a stay at the Holiday Inn Resort, and I had a great time! The service was awesome, and the staff were super friendly—really made me feel at home. The swimming pool and all the amenities were on point. I loved hanging out by the pool! And let me tell you, the Indonesian food was fantastic. I can't recommend it enough! I’m planning come back in future.

A newly opened hotel with great amenities and everything looked new and crisp. It gave a resort feel and coming here gives you a relaxed feel. A good Singaporean getaway for the weekend. The staff are attentive and ready to serve and make you feel comfortable.
